Donations given to Operation Ukraine Relief will support the mission. There are two ways of giving: restricted and unrestricted. The donations received and/or designated for a particular use or program sometimes exceed what is needed by the recipients designated for that use or program. If the need for the restricted donation was met, we reserve the right to transfer the remainder to the unrestricted fund.
